In most cases, it is best to answer this question with a resounding yes. Being able to work well under pressure is a good trait to have and will likely impress your interviewer. However, if you insist that you work the same with or without pressure, this may also make a good impression.

Why should we hire you with no experience?

As a fresher, I only have theoretical knowledge and no practical experience. However, if you were to hire me, I would do my best to fulfil my work on time and give you sufficient work and working ideas. I am very excited to start my career as a fresher in a reputed company such as yours.
